These Terms of Use and Sale govern your use of pull-zone.com and purchases of PULLZONE products made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

PULLZONE d.o.o. develops, manufactures and sells professional tools and related products. The website may also provide information about PULLZONE services, projects, technical capabilities and support.

2. Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability and prices accurate. However, product images are illustrative and minor visual differences, packaging changes or technical updates that do not materially change the ordered product may occur. We may correct typographical errors, incorrect prices, availability information or other inaccuracies before accepting an order.
Technical guidance on the website is general product information. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their intended use, local safety requirements and applicable professional standards before purchase or use.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices, currencies, discounts, shipping costs and tax treatment shown at checkout are those applicable to the selected order at the time of purchase. Any shipping, insurance, customs duties, import charges or similar charges that are not explicitly included at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Promotional prices are valid only for the period, products, quantities and conditions expressly stated with the promotion. PULLZONE may change prices or promotions prospectively; a confirmed order is not affected except where a price is clearly erroneous or where applicable law permits correction.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected product(s). An automated order-receipt message confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself mean that we accepted it.
A contract is formed when PULLZONE confirms acceptance of the order, dispatches the goods, or otherwise clearly confirms that the order has been accepted. We may contact you before acceptance to clarify delivery, taxes, availability, product configuration, payment, or compliance requirements.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a material error in price or product information, suspected fraud, legal or export restrictions, an inability to fulfil the order, or another legitimate reason. If payment was received for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
The checkout may offer one or more of the following payment methods.

Card-issuer limits, bank policies and payment-provider approval decisions are outside PULLZONE’s control. If a card payment cannot be completed, you may choose another available payment method or contact us for a pro forma invoice.
6. Delivery, title and risk
Delivery availability, method, estimated timing and charges may vary by destination, product and order. We will provide available delivery information during the order process or in the order confirmation.
Title to goods passes only after PULLZONE has received full payment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Risk passes in accordance with mandatory consumer law or, for business customers, as specified in the agreed delivery arrangement.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery details and for promptly reporting visible transit damage or discrepancies. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Cancellations, returns and trial arrangements
Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return or conformity rights under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where PULLZONE expressly offers the One4All 14-day trial/return arrangement at the time of purchase, the product may be returned within 14 days only in the condition specified in that offer, including return of the device in the same condition and with the required accessories and packaging. Please contact PULLZONE before returning a product so that we can provide current return instructions.
For business-to-business purchases, return, cancellation and restocking arrangements are subject to the accepted quotation, order confirmation, or separate written agreement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Product use and safety
PULLZONE products are professional tools. Customers must read and follow the supplied instructions, safety information, technical documentation and applicable local requirements. Do not use a product beyond its intended purpose or in an unsafe manner.
PULLZONE is not responsible for damage resulting from unauthorised modification, misuse, unsuitable application, failure to follow instructions, use of non-approved accessories, or failure to comply with mandatory safety requirements, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Warranty and statutory rights
Products are covered by the statutory rights that apply to the relevant customer and transaction. Any commercial warranty applies only where it is expressly offered in writing and under its stated terms. A commercial warranty does not replace or reduce mandatory legal rights.
If you believe a product is defective, contact info@pull-zone.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or video where appropriate. Do not disassemble or modify the product before receiving instructions unless immediate safety action is necessary.
10. Intellectual property
The website, product names, logos, designs, texts, photographs, videos, technical documentation, graphics and other content are owned by PULLZONE or used with permission. You may view and use website content for lawful personal or internal business evaluation of PULLZONE products.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, publish, use for competing products, or otherwise exploit PULLZONE intellectual property without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits such activity.
11. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malware, scrape content in a manner that burdens the service, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
For business customers, any further limitation of liability may be set out in an accepted quotation, order confirmation or separate written agreement.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in law, products, services, payment methods or website functionality. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. Terms applicable to a confirmed order are the terms that applied at the time of that order, unless a change is required by law or is mutually agreed.
16. Governing law and disputes
