CNC Machining Process - PULLZONE

Custom CNC Machining & Prototyping

Our in-house CNC machining center enables us to take projects from digital design to physical prototype within days. We design, program, and manufacture precision parts — ensuring that every prototype is not only functional but also optimized for future serial production.

Materials We Machine

Aluminium & Non-Ferrous Metals

Aluminium alloys (6061, 7075), brass, and copper — ideal for enclosures, heatsinks, mechanical brackets, and RF shielding components.

Steel & Stainless Steel

Mild steel and stainless steel (304, 316) for structural parts, fixtures, and components requiring high strength and corrosion resistance.

Plastics & Acrylics

POM (Delrin), PEEK, nylon, PMMA (plexiglass), ABS, and polycarbonate — for functional prototypes, insulating parts, and transparent covers.

Wood & Composite Materials

Hardwood, plywood, MDF, and composite panels — for jigs, fixtures, enclosure prototypes, and decorative elements.

Foam & Rubber

Tooling foam, EVA, polyurethane foam, and rubber — for packaging inserts, gaskets, seals, and soft-touch components.

PCB & FR4 Material

Precision routing and depaneling of PCB substrates — custom board outlines, slots, and edge connectors with tight tolerances.

From Prototype to Production

Because we handle both design and manufacturing in-house, every part we produce is inherently optimized for manufacturability. Our prototypes are not just proof-of-concept models — they are production-representative parts that validate fit, function, and assembly before committing to serial tooling.

We also produce small-batch production runs for clients who need 10 to 100+ units without the overhead of injection molding or stamping tooling. This approach keeps costs predictable, lead times short, and quality under direct control.
